Richmond’s 2010 downtown development update
Each year, Venture Richmond publishes the Downtown Development Update [PDF]. The 2010 magazine edition covers 25 developers, more than 50 development projects and more than $860 million of residential and commercial development completed or underway in 2009. It also features MeadWestvaco’s world headquarters, Virginia Capital Trail, Downtown Dining Guide and city real estate opportunities.
