Downtown Loft Tour

All homes are on the tour for the first time this year. From extreme chic to ultra contemporary, this year's Downtown Loft Tour features a mix of price points and styles ranging from Soho-styled lofts to two-story penthouses with sweeping views of the river and the skyline. The tour is unique because you'll get to meet the owners and residents, see their space and hear their stories about living Downtown.
The tour showcases 15 lofts in 9 buildings across 6 Downtown neighborhoods- Jackson Ward, City Center, Shockoe Bottom, Manchester, Rocketts Landing, and along the Riverfront / Canal Walk.
Venture Richmond's third annual Downtown Loft Tour buys a one day "all access pass" to tour Downtown's most exclusive, private residences. The ticket includes parking and transportation. You can see multiple lofts at most stops and tour at your own pace. Plan to try a new restaurant for lunch and explore the neighborhoods.
The Downtown Loft Tour is an award winning event. Recognized for outstanding achievement, the International Downtown Association presented Venture Richmond with a 2009 Award of Distinction for the Downtown Loft Tour and Image Marketing Campaign.
Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 the day of the tour.
