Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 the day of the tour

Seeing is Believing. Downtown's Lofty Lifestyle. All homes are on the tour for the first time this year. From extreme chic to ultra contemporary, this year's Downtown Loft Tour features a mix of price points and styles ranging from Soho-styled lofts to two-story penthouses with sweeping views of the river and the skyline. The tour is unique because you'll get to meet the owners and residents, see their space and hear their stories about living Downtown. The ticket includes parking and transportation.
