Come to the first floor "VPAF Model Room" in the Turning Basin Building located at 111 Virginia Street anytime between 7:30-9:30 a.m. The Model Room fronts on the Canal Turning Basin and is between Virginia and 14^th Streets. Grab coffee and a muffin, network and get in line for tours of Vistas on the James and Lady Bird Hat Factory. Tours for small groups will depart every 15 minutes.
