Richmond Marriott Unveils Starbucks and T-Miller's Sports Bar & Grill on Broad Street Downtown

The full-service MarriottĀ® in downtown Richmond is nearing completion of its $14 million overhaul. In the coming weeks, hotel guests and Richmonders alike will be able to enjoy the array of modern amenities at the newly renovated hotel, including the new StarbucksĀ®, which opened August 17, and Richmond's newest dining destination, T-Miller's Sports Bar & Grill.

T-Miller's Sports Bar & Grill, whose name is a combination of venerable department stores Thalhimers and Miller & Rhoads, will open its doors on August 27. The three-meal-a-day sports bar strives to separate itself from the sports bar pack with higher-quality food and quick and friendly service in a stylish, contemporary and high-energy environment. T-Miller's features outdoor seating that overlooks Broad Street with room for 50 people (space heaters and a fire pit will warm diners throughout the colder months), 27 high-definition TVs, comfortable tables and booths with additional built-in TVs, more than 200 seats inside, and a focus on Richmond's sports heroes and our local colleges and universities.

"Starbucks and T-Miller's will cater to hotel guests and our neighbors in and around downtown Richmond as well as become a welcome addition for the city's ever-growing number of conventioneers," said Tom Underwood, general manager of the Richmond Marriott.
