This year, we will hear and discuss the findings from the recent
follow-up research to, "Richmond at the Crossroads." The initial
report, compiled by Dr. James Crupi and issued in 1992, discussed the
state of the Richmond community and made recommendations to further
enhance the region. The updated research by Dr. Crupi will outline the
key underlying forces influencing our future and the subsequent
recommendations that we must implement if we want to continue to
prosper in changing times.
